Returns & Reund policy

Items must not have been worn, cleaned or altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear. It must be in perfect condition with no marks.
Items must be returned with all original tags and labels, packaging and other accessories (bags, boxes, cases, etc.) received in the order.
Toys and other complimentary items must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as an external wrapping for the goods.

Underwear (boxers, boxer shorts, socks) cannot be returned. Returns will be refused at the sender's expense.

Love playing reserves the right to refuse unauthorized and/or non-compliant returns in accordance with the return policy. If an unauthorized return is received, the box remains the property of the customer and will be returned to the shipper at the cost of shipping.
